FAQ

It's my first time, which classes can I join?

Welcome to the Sanctum movement! You can join every class, since all the classes are suitable for every level. We are more than happy to explain our concept face to face to you and guide you through your first time. You can choose between different types of classes as well as indoor / outdoor options.

Will the class proceed if it rains?

If the rainfall is not too heavy, the class will go on. When the weather is too extreme we will notify all the students on time, if the class is cancelled.

What is the difference between an outdoor and indoor class?

The outdoor sequence is similar to the indoor with one major difference - the indoor class is mat-based with some floor work incorporated, while an outdoor class takes place without a mat and is all about working with the environment and the nature that serves us. In the outdoor class high quality headphones with Sanctum sound technology are provided by us. In the indoor class a mat, a set of weights and a refreshing towel after the class are provided by Sanctum.

I am not sure this class is for me. I wonder if Sanctum might be too physical for me?

Sanctum is a high intensity movement that involves full body work. You burn 500-700 calories in each class. With that said, Sanctum is not a classic HIIT class. We work with various body and mind disciplines and move in a mindful way. This means we put intention behind every move and we use our physical body as a vessel to reach the mind. The result is a fit and healthy body but more importantly, you release and let go on a mental and spiritual level. Each move has a build up from a simple to more advanced version, that's why it is suitable for every level.

How do I book a class?

The easiest way to book the class is via our booking system. You need to set up your personal account, book a preferred class and you are good to go.

What do I need to bring?

Wear your workout clothing and bring your own water and towel. You don't need to bring your own mat, the workout takes place on bare feet. It can get hot, so don't dress too warm.
