Role: Stockholm Supervisor

Role Overview: The Local Supervisor is a dual-focused role, balancing operational excellence with a strong emphasis on commercial growth, client engagement and local market connection. As a key player in both daily experiences and broader outreach, this role requires someone who is both an exceptional communicator and a hands-on operator.
The Local Supervisor will be responsible for driving client connection in the room, representing SANCTUM with warmth and confidence, and ensuring seamless execution of experiences. They will also play a pivotal role in engaging local communities, supporting retention strategies, and amplifying SANCTUM’s presence both in person and online.
This role is starting at 24 hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours allocated to in-person experiences (at least 3 classes per week) and the remaining hours dedicated to commercial outreach, customer engagement and operational support.
