Role: Global Head of Content & Talent

Salary: £35k - £45k (an equivalent salary will be offered in the local currency, aligned with market conditions)

Role Overview
The Global Head of Content & Talent is responsible for defining, protecting and evolving the quality of the Sanctum experience worldwide.
This role leads Sanctum's global content strategy, Guide development and training philosophy, ensuring every class, in every market, reflects the same exceptional standards while enabling Sanctum to scale sustainably.
Working closely with the Operations team and wider Leadership Team, the Global Head of Content & Talent oversees the Sanctum Academy, manages the global Guide community and defines the systems, standards and frameworks that support Guide quality across every market.
Whilst maintaining the day to day excellence of the Guide community, this role is equally responsible for designing the future of Sanctum's talent ecosystem, creating scalable training, certification and quality assurance models that support international growth and establish the Sanctum Academy as both a centre of excellence and a future commercial offering.

‍Strategic Focus
‍The Global Head of Content & Talent balances the needs of today's business with the long term development of Sanctum's global talent strategy.
Approximately 60% of the role focuses on current operations, including:
Guide performance management.
Content updates and communication.
Sanctum Academy delivery.
Quality assurance.
Coaching and development.
Master Guide leadership.
Talent planning.
Approximately 40% of the role focuses on building the next stage of Sanctum's growth, developing the systems and frameworks required to scale the business internationally over the next 12 to 18 months and beyond.

Role: Digital Product & Growth Manager
Location: London, UK / Amsterdam, Netherlands / Dubai, UAE 
Reports To: Head Of Marketing

‍Salary: £38,000–£45,000 (an equivalent salary will be offered in the local currency, aligned with market conditions)
‍Performance Bonus: Up to 5-20% annual performance bonus based on agreed business and product KPIs.
‍Role Overview
The Digital Product & Growth Manager is responsible for defining, evolving and growing Sanctum Digital App worldwide.
This role leads Sanctum's digital product strategy, member experience and subscription growth, ensuring the platform continues to deliver an exceptional experience whilst enabling Sanctum Digital to scale sustainably.
Working closely with the Marketing, Content, Operations and Leadership Teams, the Digital Product & Growth Manager oversees the evolution of Sanctum Digital, manages the product roadmap and defines the systems, priorities and optimisation frameworks that drive member engagement, retention and recurring revenue.
Whilst maintaining the day-to-day excellence of the platform, this role is equally responsible for designing the future of Sanctum Digital, creating scalable product, growth and optimisation models that support international expansion and establish Sanctum Digital as one of the world's leading digital wellbeing platforms.

Role: Finance & Operations Coordinator
Location: London, UK / Amsterdam, Netherlands / Stockholm, Sweden / Dubai, UAE 
Reports To: Global Operations Director

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience

‍Role Overview
The Finance & Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day to day administration and coordination of Sanctum's finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, efficient processes and reliable reporting across the business.

Working closely with the CEO, Leadership Team and external accounting partners, this role provides the financial structure, reporting and operational support that underpins Sanctum's growth. Beyond maintaining accurate financial records and efficient finance processes, the Finance & Operations Coordinator supports business performance through financial reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis, helping provide the information and visibility the Leadership Team needs to make informed decisions as the business scales internationally.

This is a hands on role, ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, working with data and improving systems. While the role is primarily focused on delivery and execution, there will be opportunities to develop alongside the business and take on greater responsibility over time.

Role: Market Operations Supervisor
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Reports To:  Operations Manager
Employment Type: Part-time (30 hours/week)
Salary: €17-€19/hour

Role Overview
The Amsterdam Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational performance and sustainable growth of their local market. Alongside delivering exceptional Sanctum experiences, they build community, increase attendance and work with local teams to create a thriving market.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Amsterdam Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting local B2B activations and maintaining operational excellence across all local activity.

This role is starting at 30 hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours allocated to in-person experiences (at least 3 classes per week) and the remaining hours dedicated to commercial outreach, customer engagement and operational support.
