We begin at Hima, gathering before heading into Sarphatipark for our signature Sanctum sequence, combining movement, breath and sound in the open air, surrounded by nature and the energy of the city. Then, back at Hima, we shift from movement into stillness with a sauna session, guided Sanctum meditation and ice bath, giving the body space to release, recover and reset.

You're welcome to capture the atmosphere before and after the main experience. During the collective movement sessions, we ask everyone to stay present and leave phones away to protect the experience for the entire community.
Tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change, you may transfer your ticket to someone else up to the deadline stated in our ticket policy.
