It is a turning point in the year where the sun stands at its highest, inviting us to honour how far we’ve come, recognise what is thriving, and bask in the energy of growth, abundance, and possibility. This is a moment of illumination, where clarity is heightened and we are encouraged to step fully into our light, embracing joy, confidence, and the fullness of who we are.  

The energy of the Summer Solstice is radiant, expansive, and life-giving, calling us to celebrate, to express, and to connect deeply with both nature and ourselves. It reminds us that just as the sun shines without holding back, we too are meant to share our energy, our gifts, and our presence with the world.

In class, we embody this vibrant energy through uplifting, heart-opening movement - activating the body, elevating the spirit, and creating a sense of aliveness, gratitude, and connection as we honour the light within and around us.
