Alex Ikonn
‍Alex Ikonn is an entrepreneur and co founder of Intelligent Change, creators of The Five Minute Journal and other science backed tools with over 4 million copies sold worldwide. His work centres on the belief that small daily practices can transform the trajectory of a life, helping high performers rethink productivity, gratitude and intentional living.

Alex is also known for hosting immersive experiences, including the Intelligent Change Summit at Six Senses Ibiza, where he brings together entrepreneurs, artists and leaders for transformational conversations. As a facilitator, he combines strategic thinking with deep personal inquiry to create spaces for meaningful clarity and change.

Alex will lead a special workshop using the Life Designer, guiding participants through a powerful process of reflection and self-discovery across five key pillars. Through this intentional framework, he will support participants in reconnecting with their true selves, gaining clarity on their vision, and consciously designing a life aligned with their values and future direction.

Anika - The Mystic Breath
Anika, founder of The Mystic Breath, is a breathwork facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with their essence and activate their natural capacity for self-healing. Blending rhythmic breath, sound, intuitive guidance, and hypnotherapeutic techniques, she creates supportive spaces for participants to deepen awareness, release stagnant energy, and return to inner alignment.

Having experienced the profound transformation breathwork brought to her own life, Anika now guides others through this powerful practice with presence and care. During the retreat, she will offer two breathwork journeys designed to help participants connect inward, expand awareness, and access the clarity and vitality that emerge through conscious breathing.

Arrival & Grounding
Arrive on the island and settle into the serene energy of the north.

Begin your journey with a welcome Sanctum introduction class on the beautiful yoga deck, followed by a nourishing dinner shared together.
DAY 2

OCTOBER 2
Breathwork & Meditation
Start the morning with meditation and a Sanctum stretch. Experience a powerful Breathwork session with Anika from The Mystic Breath.

After a nourishing lunch, join Alex Ikonn for a Life Design workshop. A practical framework to help you gain clarity on what truly matters, uncover limiting patterns and define a compelling vision for your next chapter.

In the evening, gather for a Sanctum sunset class and a community dinner.
DAY 3

OCTOBER 3
Nature Walk & Fire Ceremony
Begin with a Sanctum hike that weaves movement, breath, and nature.

Continue your inner work with a second powerful Breathwork session with Anika.

End the day with dinner and a fire ceremony on the rocks — a grounding, elemental ritual under the Ibiza sky.

Close your experience with a morning spa ritual and a heartfelt closing ceremony.

The South Mansion – A retreat within the retreat

Perched above Cala Xarraca, The South Mansion is more than extraordinary accommodation.

It is a private home for our final guests.

Gather on expansive terraces as the sun disappears into the Mediterranean.

Retreat into quiet corners when you seek solitude, before rejoining a community of remarkable people for four days of movement, restoration and human connection. The residence features ten bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, a private garden and its own independent entrance, creating a rare balance of intimacy and exclusivity. Each bedroom is private with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
