Autumn Equinox Special

23 September 2026 • London, uk
The Autumn Equinox on 22–23 September 2026 marks a sacred moment of balance, when light and darkness meet in equal measure before we begin our gradual journey inward.

Traditionally connected to the completion of the harvest, the Equinox invites us to pause and acknowledge what we have cultivated - celebrating the growth, lessons, and abundance of the seasons behind us while recognising what we are now ready to release.

Just as nature begins to shed its leaves, we too are reminded that letting go is not an ending to resist, but a necessary part of creating space for rest, renewal, and what comes next.

The energy of the Autumn Equinox is grounding, reflective, and deeply balancing, encouraging us to honour both our light and our shadow, action and rest, holding on and letting go. It reminds us that nature does not remain in constant bloom, and neither are we meant to - there is wisdom in slowing down, turning inward, and allowing ourselves to move with the changing seasons.

In class, we embody this transition through grounding, intentional movement -  celebrating what we have harvested, releasing what has completed its cycle, and returning to our centre as we move into the quieter months with gratitude, balance, and trust.
