Begin with 55 minutes of the Sanctum Signature Experience, moving through our signature sequence of music, functional movement, breathwork and stillness. Guided by our Sanctum Guide, you'll move from physical intensity into mindful euphoria, challenging your body, shifting your state and moving together as one collective.
Then, instead of stepping straight back into the outside world, stay with the experience.
Move into &Soul's sauna for a 20-minute guided meditation, using heat, breath and stillness to help you slow down, settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

You're welcome to capture the atmosphere before and after the main experience. During the collective movement sessions, we ask everyone to stay present and leave phones away to protect the experience for the entire community.
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of this time frame, the credit will be refunded to your account to make another booking.
The credit will be lost if you cancel within 12 hours before class.
