Six Senses London lives in The Whiteley, the grand former department store that first opened in 1911. Its Art Deco bones now hold a calm, green retreat built around sleep, recovery and connection, and it is where our weekly reset ritual lives.

It starts in the Alchemy Bar, with a seasonal tincture or mist made from British botanicals. Then the music rises and the room moves as one, guided through your headphones. You finish in the members’ space, with time to connect before you step back into the city.

None at all. There’s no routine to learn and no competition. Move at the intensity that feels right.

Head to the Alchemy Bar at Six Senses London. Your ritual begins there.

What should I bring?

Clothes you can move in and a bottle of water. We’ll give you headphones when you arrive.

What if I can’t make it?

Change or cancel up to 12 hours before and your credit comes back.
