Set high above the streets of Mayfair, the Sanctum Sunset Series at the Penthouse of Mandarin Oriental Mayfair invites guests into a powerful rooftop experience at golden hour, where movement, music and connection unfold against sweeping views across the London skyline.
As the sun begins to set over the city, each 55 minute session guides guests through Sanctum’s signature music-led sequence, an immersive journey designed to energise the body, quiet the mind and create deep collective connection.
Blending ancient ritual with modern intensity, Sanctum draws on practices including kundalini, Zen Buddhism, qigong, somatic movement, HIIT and quantum energy work to awaken strength, clarity and presence.
