Sephora UK and SANCTUM are inviting our communities to experience Take A Beat, a series of immersive walks designed to reconnect you with yourself, your surroundings and the beauty that exists within.

Built around the theme The Beauty Within, these unique experiences combine movement, music, mindfulness and community connection through SANCTUM's signature wireless headphone format.

Each experience begins inside Sephora, where you'll be guided through a moment of grounding amongst the energy of the store.
From there, we'll step outside together, moving through the city with music, spoken word and mindfulness prompts delivered directly through your headphones.
At a nearby outdoor location, we'll pause for a signature SANCTUM sequence, blending movement, breathwork and reflection before returning to Sephora to close the experience together.

Part immersive walk, part moving meditation and part community gathering, Take A Beat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and discover that the most powerful beauty ritual begins within.
