Do I need to be fit or have previous experience?
Not at all. Sanctum is designed for every body and every level of experience. There are no complex routines, no competition and no judgement, just an invitation to move in your own way.
I’m coming on my own. Will I fit in?
Absolutely. Many people attend alone and leave having met incredible people. Sanctum is designed to create genuine moments of connection, making it easy to feel part of the community from the moment you arrive.
Why does everyone wear headphones?
Our wireless headphones create a deeply immersive experience, allowing every participant to hear the music and guidance with perfect clarity while feeling completely connected to the energy of the crowd.
Is alcohol served?
No. We are proudly alcohol-free. We believe the most memorable experiences don’t require alcohol, just great music, movement and genuine human connection.
Can I take photos or videos?
You’re welcome to capture the atmosphere before and after the main experience. During the collective movement sessions, we ask everyone to stay present and leave phones away to protect the experience for the entire community.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change, you may transfer your ticket to someone else up to the deadline stated in our ticket policy.
Is the event suitable for beginners?
Yes. Whether this is your first SANCTUM experience or you’ve been part of our community for years, Sanctum is designed to be welcoming, inclusive and accessible for everyone.
