Do I need any experience?
None at all. There’s no routine to learn and no competition. Move at the intensity that feels right.
What happens in a class?
You wear our wireless headphones while a guide takes you through 60 minutes of music-led movement, breathwork and stillness.
What should I bring?
Clothes you can move in and a bottle of water. We’ll give you headphones when you arrive.
What if I can’t make it?
Change or cancel up to 12 hours before and your credit comes back.
